Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every DBR Crackers order. This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order any time before it is confirmed and dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone.
- Once an order is packed and handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the sensitive nature of fireworks, we generally do not accept returns. However, we will replace items in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken products on arrival.
- Wrong items delivered.
- Missing items from your confirmed order.
Please report any such issue within 48 hours of delivery, with photos/video of the package and products, so we can verify and resolve it quickly.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds (for cancelled or undelivered orders) are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer/UPI.
- For damaged/wrong items, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after dispatch.
- Delays caused by courier or factors beyond our control.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
