DBR Crackers delivers original Sivakasi fireworks across India through registered, legal transport service providers. Here's what you need to know about shipping.
1. Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp/phone within 24 hours.
- After confirmation and payment, orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days.
- Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on your location.
- During peak Diwali season, dispatch and delivery may take longer due to high demand — we recommend ordering early.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) depend on the order weight and delivery location, and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
3. Legal Transport
As fireworks are classified goods, they are shipped only through licensed and registered transport providers, in full compliance with the Explosives Act and applicable regulations. Some remote locations may not be serviceable — our team will inform you if this applies.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, we share tracking details via WhatsApp. You can also view your order status anytime under My Orders in your account.
5. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
- Inspect the package on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
