1. Ordering Process
As per the 2018 Supreme Court order, online sale of firecrackers is not permitted. Our website works on an enquiry basis — you add products to the cart and submit your order, and our team confirms it with you via WhatsApp or phone within 24 hours. An order is only final once confirmed by us.
2. Minimum Order
The minimum order value is ₹3,000. Orders below this amount cannot be processed.
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
4. Product Use & Safety
- Fireworks must be used responsibly by adults, following all safety instructions.
- Keep away from children, and store in a cool, dry place away from fire.
- DBR Crackers is not liable for misuse or injury caused by improper handling.
5. Legal Compliance
DBR Crackers follows 100% legal and statutory compliance. All shops and go-downs are maintained as per the Explosives Act, and parcels are sent through registered, legal transport service providers.
6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Provide accurate information so we can process and deliver your order correctly.
7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
